This Privacy Policy provides you with information about the way in which Ultimate collects and processes your personal data, and the scope and purposes of collecting and processing this data, in connection with your visit and use of our website www.ultimate-eur.com (“Website”).

During your use of the website, we will collect and store the following data:

If you contact us by email, we collect the personal data that you supplied us with (email, name, telephone number, fax number), as well as your enquiry and the associated documents.

Data gathered when you register as a supplier

If you register to join our supplier database, we will store the personal data that you supplied voluntarily during the registration process in our database for the purposes of contacting you and requesting an offer in the event of a relevant projects.

Data gathered during our customer satisfaction survey

If you take part in our customer satisfaction survey, we will only process the personal data that you voluntarily provided when completing the survey for analysis purposes, with the aim of improving our quality standards.

Your data that we collected as a result of the customer satisfaction survey will be used for the purpose of quality assurance and service optimisation.

Transfer of data and recipients

We will not pass on personal data collected on the basis of you using this website or contacting us to third parties unless we are required to do so to fulfil our obligations or we are required to do so by law/official authorities.

However, we also commission service providers (processors) to process your personal data on our behalf. These processors are mainly IT service providers and provides of IT and software solutions (Google Analytics). All of our processors process your data only on our behalf in accordance with data processing agreements.

Storage period

Access data will be stored for 7 days or, in the case of a security incident, until the incident has been clarified, at the end of which time, the data will be deleted. Data will only be passed on to third party if it is necessary to do so for the clarification of the incident.

Contact data will be stored for as long as is necessary to answer your enquiry or any subsequent enquiries, after which, it will be deleted.

Data collected during your registration as a supplier will be stored in our database until you revoke your consent for us to store and process this personal data. You can revoke your consent by sending an email to privacy@ultimate-eur.com)

Data collected as part of the customer satisfaction survey will be stored for 30 days and then deleted.

The protection of your data 

We do our best to make your visit to and use of our website as secure as possible. To this end, we comply with the provisions of Article 32 GDPR to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data and also put technical and organisational backup measures in place.
